March 7: Day 1: Arrival and Overview:
Participants will fly into Liberia Airport, Costa Rica. Transportation will be provided from the airport to the venue, about a 2-hour drive. Participants should plan to arrive mid-day to late afternoon for check-in.

MOVIE: Finding Joe: Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey
Expert-led discussion on Transformational Heroship and the Surfer’s Journey
March 8: Day 2: JOURNEYS, HEROES, AND MASKS
7 - 9 AM – Breakfast, social time, yoga, beach walk, surfing, or other activities, planned and unplanned, Jon Mangogna and Larissa Hiraishi
9 - 11:30 AM – Journeys, heroes, and masks. Dr. Don Kennedy
This program and workshop focuses on teaching the structure of all life journeys as a usable template for reflection on, and planning, the behaviors of transformational leaders as examples of those who lead meaningful journeys and the impact of the psychological masks we wear through our life journeys.
Afternoons: are set aside for challenges and activities to achieve personal growth, both motivational and spiritual. Group activities will depend on weather and will include surfing, yoga, horseback riding, ATV outings, zip lining, Pilates, and similar challenging activities.

Using and teaching transformational art, symbols, journaling, and meditation
as a powerful reflective, reframing, and decision-making tool,
Psychologist Dr. Belle McDonnell takes the participants on a subconscious journey to meet their natural nature.

Building on the construct of journeys, this program teaches the importance of using conscious and innate awareness in building and designing daily rituals that enhance and support the natural Chronotype and mindset that leads to days of joy and meaning.

Through a personal account, Attorney John Foster teaches how to balance the mind, body, and soul to lead an addiction free and bliss filled life.
March 11: Day 5: GO TO THE VOLCANO

9 - 5 PM – The Volcano: Carroll Ivy
This day, led by social entrepreneur Carroll Ivy, immerses the student in the Pura Vida of Costa Rica to experience and teach the importance of intentional solitude as a process for making meaningful and quality choices about one’s personal and professional life direction.

The student identifies and learns to apply their own belief value-system in a presentation and workshop using the example of international law and eco-tourism as it pertains to the moral and ethical dilemma of the Amazon fires.

Entrepreneur and financial specialist Doug Ingerson teaches the student how to set goals and use active visioning to create a daily, long-term harmonious, and flexible life-style plan.
